Dr. Jennifer Hurst
Dr. Hurst is the Director of Community Services at Supreme Living. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling, and an Ed.D. in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Dr. Hurst brings a passion for supporting others on their own life journey. Through a collaborative, person-centered approach, she empowers clients to work towards their best selves.
Dr. Hurst joined Supreme Living in September of 2021 and brings an extensive background in education, including 18 years of tenured college and university teaching experience. During her academic career, she was actively involved in several mental health initiatives targeting college students. After moving to Washington State, Dr. Hurst worked as a clinician at an Evaluation & Treatment Center, where she supported individuals under involuntary commitment. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington State. Dr. Hurst serves as the primary instructor for training and education services as well as provides services in both the CRP and mental health programs.
Richard Whittington
Richard Whittington is the Director of the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program at Supreme Living Community Services. With over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Richard has developed expertise across all levels of care. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministerial Substance Use Disorder Counseling and a Master’s degree in Addictions Counseling.

Since joining Supreme Living, Richard has made significant contributions as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) in the Enhanced Services Facility and the Intensive Behavioral Health Treatment Facility. His extensive background includes working with both adolescents and adults in various settings, including intensive outpatient, outpatient, residential, cultural-specific programs, crisis stabilization units, and evaluation and treatment centers. Richard is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional in Washington State.
Catriona Colerick
Catriona is the Employment and Housing Specialist for Supreme Living Community Services, bringing extensive experience as a community advocate to her role. She holds a certification in Employment Services with an Emphasis on Customized Employment from the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE).
Since joining the Supreme Living team in early 2023 as a Certified Peer Counselor at the Intensive Behavioral Health Treatment Facility, Catriona has demonstrated exceptional drive and resourcefulness. Her commitment to service and professional growth led to her current position with Community Services, where she continues to provide vital support to clients. Catriona's passion for empowering individuals remains a cornerstone of her work at Supreme Living Community Services.
