Richard Whittington

Richard Whittington is the Program Administrator at Supreme Living Community Services, bringing over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field. His expertise spans all levels of care, and he is committed to providing comprehensive support to individuals struggling with substance use and mental health challenges. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministerial Substance Use Disorder Counseling and a Master’s degree in Addictions Counseling. He is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional in Washington State, further demonstrating his dedication to professional excellence in the field.

Since joining Supreme Living, Richard has made significant contributions in his role as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) at both the Enhanced Services Facility and the Intensive Behavioral Health Treatment Facility. His diverse background includes working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, such as intensive outpatient, outpatient, residential programs, cultural-specific services, crisis stabilization units, and evaluation and treatment centers. Richard's broad experience, combined with his deep understanding of addiction and mental health, allows him to lead the SUD program with a compassionate, client-centered approach, offering valuable insight and guidance to both clients and the team at Supreme Living.

Catriona Colerick

Catriona is the Director of Community Service for Supreme Living Community Services, where she combines her extensive experience as a community advocate with her passion for empowering individuals.  In her position, Catriona brings a client-centered approach that prioritizes fostering independence and enhancing opportunities for those she serves. Her role now includes leading the FCS Employment and Housing program, where she provides direct client care and support. With a certification in Employment Services with an Emphasis on Customized Employment from the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE), Catriona also plays an instrumental role in assisting with CRP services.

Since joining the Supreme Living team in early 2023 as a Certified Peer Counselor at the Intensive Behavioral Health Treatment Facility, Catriona's dedication and resourcefulness have consistently been evident. Her commitment to both personal and professional growth is reflected in the vital support she continues to provide through her work at Supreme Living. Whether advocating for community resources or guiding individuals toward fulfilling employment and housing opportunities, Catriona’s passion for empowering others remains a cornerstone of her work.

Laura Chapman

Laura Chapman is the Program Administrator for Supreme Living’s Enhanced Services Facility, Olympia 1, where she oversees the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with complex needs. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Laura brings a compassionate, person-centered approach to leadership and care coordination.

Throughout her career, Laura has worked across a wide range of settings—including supporting military families in need of psychiatric services, working in domestic violence shelters, and dedicating many years to Supported Living programs. In these roles, she has empowered individuals with developmental disabilities to build independence and thrive within their communities.

​

Laura holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences from the University of Washington, with a concentration in Social Services and Mental Health. She is passionate about advocacy, community integration, and improving access to services for vulnerable populations
