Get to know each member of Supreme Living

Angela Rinaldo

Angela joins the team at Supreme Living with a Master’s Degree in Corrections and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences.

 

She has over 40 years of experience working in human services, residential programming, and education, and has held several top-level management positions including Deputy Secretary of the Kansas Department of Corrections and CEO for Allvest Inc. Angela is committed to furthering the mission of Supreme Living by ensuring that every facility operates with the utmost attention to detail, and that staff and residents alike are treated with respect and dignity.

 

Ms. Rinaldo also serves as the Program Administrator for Supreme Living Olympia 1.

Mike Baird

Mike Baird is an American real estate investor, entrepreneur, and public speaker from Poway California.

 

Baird began his entrepreneurial career after earning a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business in 2002. Shortly after graduating he developed an interest in Utah’s thriving real estate market.  Since 2002 Baird has bought and sold over $18,000,000 dollars’ worth of real estate and has been featured in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and Yahoo Finance. 

 

In 2015 founded The Smarter Real Estate Tribe, a community dedicated to educating and assisting people interested in learning about real estate.   

Mark Rogge

Mark began his construction career with his father’s concrete business at the age of 12.

 

He received a degree in Pre-Engineering with an Associates in Science. At the age of 25 Mark once again ventured into the family business, becoming a full partner of the concrete company. Shortly after becoming partner, Mark implemented strategic innovations that increased the company’s yearly revenue from 350,000 gross to over 5 million.

 

In 2010 Mark shifted his focus, taking a position with the Boeing corporation, contributing his skill, and helping Boeing’s integration team take the development program of the 787 aircraft to an active sustaining program. 

Jake Herigstad

Born and raised in Washington state, Jake grew up in a construction family, having watched his dad own and operate a residential construction company throughout his childhood.

 

After high school, Jake joined the United States Marine Corps, serving 8 years with an honorable discharge. Later, Jake joined the Kirkland PD where he spent several years as a Police Officer for the community.

 

In 2016, with the support of his wife, Jake retired from the police department to pursue what would become a successful career in real estate, giving him the opportunity to follow his dreams of being an entrepreneur and business owner. Jake attributes his success to his wife Candice and their two children Kameron and Brielle.

Nolan Rogge

In his capacity as Development Director for Supreme Living he is charged with
identifying properties for program development. In that position he has helped foster a company vision and provided direction for the future.

 

Nolan is also the co-owner of a towing company in Las Vegas, Nevada, and serves as its president. In addition, he is a co-owner of a trucking company in Wyoming, and serves on the board of advisors for that company. 


It was on his Grandparents farm that Nolan learned to understand the importance of hard work and dedication. Nolan attended Junior College in California before transferring to Eastern Washington University to pursue a degree in Construction Management.

Brenda Rogge

Brenda comes to Supreme Living with a bachelor’s degree in human services, and 11-years' experience working in human service/mental health/addiction programs.

 

Most recently she worked as an Intake Coordinator/Discharge Planner for Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital. During her tenure with Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital she gained valuable experience integrating behavioral health clients back into their communities. Brenda is committed to creating a community atmosphere in our facility and helping our residents to feel a sense of belonging.

 

Brenda also serves as the staff trainer for Therapeutic Options. Brenda enjoys golfing and water sports.  

Rachel Hetrick

Rachel serves as the Director of Training, Compliance, and Information Management for Supreme Living. She oversees the staff training and development, I.T. functions, as well as any compliance related functions. Rachel also oversees the medical records department.

 

Rachel has 15 years in an administrative role in healthcare and was a CNA for five years a lifetime ago.

 

Rachel’s goal is to support the facilities in any way she can to ensure a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our residents.

Alyssa Arley

Alyssa Arley is the Chief Operating Officer of Supreme Living Washington. Alyssa comes to Supreme Living with over 25 years of experience working in, and with, Assisted Living Facilities and Adult Family Homes throughout Washington State. As a prior Adult Family Home operator and Executive Director of a Memory Care and Mental Health Unit, she owned and operated the first community-based facility to successfully manage referrals from Washington State Hospitals discharging to community based residential settings. In 2014 Alyssa became a full-time consultant assisting other AFH owners to develop a business model to create facilities to accommodate clients needing a greater support system. The establishment of Supreme Living is a lifelong dream for Alyssa.

Dr. Jennifer Hurst

Dr. Hurst serves as the Program Administrator for Olympia 2. She has a bachelor’s degree in Athlete Training, a master's degree in Kinesiology, a masters in Rehabilitation Counseling, and an EDD in Sport and Exercise Psychology.


Dr. Hurst comes to Supreme Living with a background in education including 18 years of tenured college/university level teaching experience. During her years in education, she collaborated on several mental health initiatives within the college student population. Upon coming to Washington State Dr. Hurst worked as a clinician in an Evaluation & Treatment Center with individuals involuntarily committed. Dr. Hurst is a LMHCA from the State of Washington. 

Nicole Muller

Nicole serves as the Program Administrator for Olympia 1. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Minor in Criminology.

Nicole comes to Supreme Living with over 30 years’ experience as a public servant for the State of Washington; working with and providing services for vulnerable adults and children. Through training, she is dedicated to providing trauma informed support to our residents and supervision for our employees. Nicole ensures that Olympia 1 provides a clean, safe and respectful home environment for residents and positive work environment for staff.
